Individual Psychotherapy

$200 for a 50-minute session.

Our desire is that everyone can afford therapy. Please view the options for payment below.

We accept:

Aetna | Empire BCBS | Cigna | Medicare

Oscar Health | Oxford | United Healthcare.

At this time, we do not have openings with our in-network therapists who accept insurance.

We also work with out-of-network benefits for NYSHIP, Beacon, and GHI.

Sliding-scale rates range from $40–$150 per session, depending on availability.

Please contact us to ask about current openings, as there may only be a limited number of reduced-fee spaces.

If you miss a scheduled therapy appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be responsible for the full session fee.
