With more than 21 years of experience working in mental health, I have spent my career working as a clinician, a supervisor, an educator and a director. I am a patient centered therapist who takes a holistic approach to work with a wide variety of cases. I specialize in stress-management, women’s health, parenthood, caregiving, learning disabilities, grief and loss. I believe in using many modalities to treat clients including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Treatment, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Strengths Perspective.
