Our therapy programs all start with a complimentary 10-15 minute conversation during which we establish what you need and how we can serve you. Once we decide we’ll make a good team in the pursuit of your goals, you’ll set your first session with your therapist. During your first session with your therapist, you’ll go over your history and background, as well as get to know your therapist more deeply.
We use a top-down, bottom-up integrative approach to therapy that blends different evidence based modalities to achieve real results. Together, we will uncover root causes, patterns, negative spots and core beliefs that may or may not serve you in your current life. We’ll take a look at your story with new eyes and provide tools to grow your connection to your true self.
